The Office Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations for a busy pest control company. This position oversees administrative workflows, supports technicians and management, enhances customer service processes, and ensures compliance with industry and state requirements. Manage day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a smooth, organized, and efficient workplace. Handle customer communication through phone, email, and scheduling platforms. Coordinate technician schedules and daily service routes for maximum productivity. Support customers with billing questions, service inquiries, and follow‑ups. Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Maintain accurate customer files, service agreements, and compliance records. Track technician licensing, certifications, and regulatory documentation. Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Assist with onboarding and administrative support for new employees. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a solutions‑focused mindset. Who You Are ... What You'll Need to Perform the Job … 3+ years of pest control office management or administrative leadership experience Proficient in PestPac Strong experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM/scheduling software. Understanding of compliance or licensing requirements Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Who We Are ...
