The ideal candidate brings extensive administrative expertise from either a structured corporate setting or a high-end restaurant environment. You will ensure our workspace runs seamlessly, managing a diverse blend of administration, finance, team support, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Operations Workflow Optimization:
Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures to maximize daily efficiency.
Supply Inventory:
Monitor and purchase necessary office supplies, stationery, and IT equipment.
Vendor Relations:
Manage relationships with building management, cleaning crews, and external service providers.
Finance & Bookkeeping Budget Tracking:
Monitor and report on administrative budgets and office expenses.
Accounts & Invoicing:
Process payroll, handle invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Team Support & Culture Onboarding:
Assist with employee onboarding by organizing induction programs and orientation for new hires.
Company Culture:
Plan corporate events, team-building activities, and employee appreciation initiatives.
Compliance & Facilities Health & Safety:
Ensure workplace health, safety protocols, and company policies are strictly up to date.
Property Management:
Maintain business property and equipment, promptly addressing any maintenance issues.
Candidate Requirements Proven Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of office management experience.
Industry Background:
Demonstrated success in a corporate office or a luxury/fine-dining restaurant setting.
Apple & Tech Ecosystem:
Complete fluency with Apple hardware (Mac, iPad) and standard Apple productivity software including Pages and Numbers.
Google Workspace:
Proficient with Google tools (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for collaboration.
Professional Traits:
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a polished, professional demeanor.
