Job Description
What You'll Do Here:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Manager to ensure our Scottsdale office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various operational tasks, maintain a welcoming and organized workspace, and lead event planning and execution.Your key responsibilities will include:
Daily Operations:
Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office, leading a variety of administrative functions.Workplace Operations:
Oversee employee in-office experience, conference room, kitchen supplies, and mail management to ensure everything is organized and well-stocked.Event Coordination:
Contribute to the planning and hosting in-office and virtual company-wide events, handling logistics and coordination to ensure successful events.Administrative Support:
Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to budgets, facilities, swag inventory, employee perks, and daily Slack posts.What You Bring:
Experience:
Previous experience in an office management or administrative leadership role is preferred but not required.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using software such as Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace. Attention toDetail:
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.Flexibility:
