Job Description

The Business Office Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring the effective administration of resident financial services. This role serves as a key liaison with third-party payers, including Medicare and Medicaid, and oversees all aspects of billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. The Business Office Manager is entrusted with safeguarding resident funds through the management, reconciliation, and oversight of resident trust accounts. Additionally, this position is responsible for private-pay collections and works closely with residents and their responsible parties to address payment inquiries, account balances, and financial arrangements. Qualifications & Requirements Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Successful completion of background screening, reference checks, licensure verification (if applicable), and drug testing Tuberculosis (TB) testing Employee health screening (conducted after hire) Ability to safely move, lift, and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English About Haven Health Haven Health is Arizona's largest rural provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
