The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining effective communication within the office and with clients, while also supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette. Oversee administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management to ensure efficient office operations. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Assist in the coordination of office supplies and equipment maintenance to keep the workplace well-stocked and functional. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and organization within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong skills in calendar management and organizational tasks. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications related to office management (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
AN EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF EXCEL AND WORKING KNOWLEDGE IS NECESSARY.
