Office Supervisor AZ Tender Hands Homecare Services Tucson, AZ Job Details Full-time $18 - $21 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Operations management Staff training Office management Marketing Home visits (communication methods) Internal audits Full Job Description Job Summary AZ Tender Hands is seeking a dependable, organized, and goal-driven Office Supervisor to lead daily office operations, staff oversight, agency growth, reporting, and compliance support. The Office Supervisor is the operational and strategic leader of AZ Tender Hands. This is a new role created as part of the agency's reorganization to provide unified oversight of staff positions, strengthen accountability, drive growth, and ensure the agency consistently meets its goals. This position oversees the Admin Assistant and Client Care Coordinator, conducts structured shift briefings, manages staff performance, builds external partnerships, tracks data, and submits detailed reports to the Director. Key Responsibilities Oversight & Leadership The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing two staff positions: the Admin Assistant and Client Care Coordinator. This includes setting clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals for each position, tracking progress, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing one-on-one coaching. This role will also help develop and enforce agency policies, procedures, and compliance standards while ensuring staff maintain required credentials, training, and certifications. The Office Supervisor will support state and internal compliance audits and report directly to the Director on operational and growth matters. Growth & Partnerships This position is responsible for developing and implementing agency-wide growth strategies and expansion plans. Duties include building and maintaining partnerships with outside agencies and referral sources, monitoring referral goals, helping ensure weekly capacity targets are met, and identifying opportunities for outreach, marketing, and service improvement. The Office Supervisor may also conduct random or necessary home visits to increase client satisfaction, observe DCW skills, and ensure client needs are being met. This role also assists with new referral onboarding to support a smooth intake process, accurate assessments, and a positive first experience for new clients. Data Tracking & Project Management The Office Supervisor will maintain weekly progress spreadsheets and data tracking systems for all positions. This includes compiling and submitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly agency-wide reports, tracking capacity goals, reviewing new referral data, monitoring marketing and outreach results, and helping the team stay focused and efficient toward agency goals. This role will also conduct random client satisfaction surveys, review results with the team, provide compliance support, and help coordinate team activities. Schedule Flexibility & Shift Coverage This position requires flexibility based on agency needs. The Office Supervisor must be available and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. This role may also require covering direct care shifts when no other coverage can be found, as this is a shared responsibility of all eligible staff. The Office Supervisor must respond promptly to after-hours calls or messages when client or staffing emergencies arise. Any changes in availability must be communicated as early as possible. Flexibility and willingness to step in during critical coverage gaps is a core expectation of this position. Initiative & Company Goals The ideal candidate must be proactive and willing to take initiative without waiting to be directed. This position requires someone who actively contributes to the success of the agency through every task, interaction, and decision. The Office Supervisor is expected to help meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly company goals, approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, communicate professionally with team members, clients, and partners, and uphold the agency values of quality care, compliance, and continuous growth. How to Apply Please submit your resume and contact information for consideration. AZ Tender Hands is looking for a reliable and motivated professional who can help lead daily operations, support agency growth, and maintain high standards of quality care and compliance.
