Job Description

Lidda Design is looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can independently manage our day-to-day bookkeeping and office financial operations while supporting a fast-paced interior design and construction environment. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping and financial records using QuickBooks Process payroll and maintain employee records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Track invoices, vendor payments, and client payments Assist with job costing and project tracking Prepare financial reports for management and accounting review Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support general office administration as needed Qualifications Strong QuickBooks experience required Experience with payroll processing Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience preferred Construction and/or interior design industry experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Position Details Part-time position with flexible hours Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow with an established and expanding company Positive and creative team environment If you are experienced, trustworthy, and enjoy keeping businesses organized and running efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
