Job Description:
Attessa Capital is an investment management firm and Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporations. The firm is based in Tucson, AZ, with a satellite office in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our Tucson office. This person will help create a professional and welcoming client experience while supporting day-to-day office operations and assisting the team with administrative and client-service needs. Things to Know about the Firm/Job This is a full-time, in-person position at our Tucson, AZ office. Experience in finance or the financial industry is helpful but not required. We are more focused on finding someone who is professional, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn. The culture of the firm is important to us. We place a strong emphasis on client service and professionalism, while maintaining a relaxed, flexible, and non-bureaucratic internal environment. Responsibilities Welcome clients and guests to the office in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls Assist with clerical and administrative tasks, including scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Keep the conference room, break room, reception area, and common spaces clear and tidy Help manage office supplies, ordering, and general office organization Run local errands as needed, including picking up or depositing checks, purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, and handling other office-related tasks Assist the team with client-related requests, such as gathering client information, confirming transfers, preparing documents, and coordinating follow-up items Support scheduling, calendar invites, correspondence, and other day-to-day office needs Help with other administrative or office management tasks as needed The above list is not comprehensive but is intended to give a general idea of the type of work involved.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional and welcoming demeanor Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Comfort with computers, software, printers, scanners, and general office technology Ability to work independently and take initiative Dependability and discretion when working around confidential client information Comfortable driving locally for office-related errands
Desired:
Prior receptionist, administrative, or office assistant experience Experience in a professional services, financial services, or client-facing office environment Familiarity with basic financial services terminology or willingness to learn Salary Salary dependent on background and qualifications.
