Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records Bookkeeping & Financial Support Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare invoices, expense reports, and receipts Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Assist with budgeting and financial reporting Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of leadership or office management experience Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently #
