Front Office Manager

Oversees the Front Desk Staff Achieves guest satisfaction and rom revenue goals by supervising the Front Office Operations Oversees and partiacipates in the prompt and courteous check-in and check0-out of guests. Addresses questoins or problems pertaining to guest room accommodations and rates. Controls date availability, condition of rooms and provides control over rates, implements approved rate changes. Maintains room security by providin g effective key control and participates in matters relating to guest room security. Responds to positive and negative comments expressed in comment cards and develops strategies to improve comment card results. Prepares reports as requested to develop a more informataive data base for applicable decision making. Assists in preparation of annual budget: assures department operates within approved budget.
