In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage client cases from inception through resolution, ensuring smooth communication between clients, attorneys, and external parties. Your organizational skills and legal research expertise will drive efficient case progression, support litigation efforts, and uphold the highest standards of legal case management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work while developing your professional skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring timely progression through all stages of litigation and settlement processes Conduct client interviews to gather detailed case information, document injuries, and assess case viability Review and organize legal documents using document management systems Maintain meticulous records of all case activities, correspondence, and documentation in compliance with firm policies Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, transcribing recordings, managing calendars, and handling phone inquiries with professionalism Experience Paralegal experience or prior legal administrative experience in a law office setting is highly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently with strong organizational skills Experience working across diverse practice areas including personal injury law Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence Effective interviewing skills to gather detailed client information while demonstrating empathy and professionalism Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated phone etiquette combined with excellent clerical skills including filing, document management, and administrative supportJoin our team to be part of a vibrant legal environment where your contributions directly impact clients' lives.
