The Brea office plays a critical role in supporting sales execution, order processing, and administrative coordination. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations while ensuring accurate sales order processing, timely shipment coordination, and seamless communication between internal teams. This role works closely with the Business Development team to support sales activities, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure the office functions in a structured and productive manner. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Manage and confirm sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing Coordinate with internal teams to confirm shipment status and ensure orders are dispatched on schedule Monitor order flow from placement to delivery, addressing any discrepancies or delays proactively Serve as a liaison between Business Development, operations, and logistics teams Support the Business Development team by assisting with administrative, operational, and coordination needs Maintain organized documentation for sales orders, invoices, and shipping records Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Track office expenses and maintain budget records Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes Coordinate employee documentation and support basic HR administrative functions Ensure smooth internal communication and support overall office efficiency
