Job Description

We are a health insurance agency looking to add an office assistant to our dynamic team. M - F 8:30am to 5:00pm. The position will be responsible for helping with any office work that is needed, including data entry, answering phones, organizing material and other clerical tasks.
Requirements:
Experience with Customer Service and Office Administration Experience with Data Entry Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Comfortable with engaging with and talking to clients/agents Good organizational skills and attention to detail Windows proficient Bilingual in English/Spanish is beneficial Health benefits and Vacation time after 90 days We are an equal opportunity employer
