Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Assistant Office Manager to support daily operations within our fast paced construction office. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks while maintaining a professional and friendly office environment. Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy and timeliness Process company payroll and assist with employee timekeeping Perform QuickBooks data entry, reporting, and account management Handle credit card reconciliation and maintain organized financial records Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism Support general office operations, filing, scheduling, and communication Assist project teams with administrative needs as required Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of QuickBooks, payroll processing, A/R, A/P, and reconciliation Experience in the construction industry strongly preferred Familiarity with Procore is helpful but not required Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a busy environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

From $27.00 per hour
