Job Description

Office Manager / Project Manager We're a growing, family-owned construction and elevator company seeking a highly organized, people-focused leader to run office operations and drive projects from bid to closeout. You'll be the hub for customers, field teams, vendors, and leadership—balancing scheduling, estimating, contracts, procurement, and admin. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects, schedules, and milestones. Prepare takeoffs, gather vendor quotes, and submit proposals. Track contracts, equipment, POs, and change orders. Support invoicing, progress billings, collections, and reconciliations. Maintain organized digital and hard-copy files. Provide responsive, professional customer service. Qualifications Construction/elevator experience preferred. Estimating and contracts familiarity (takeoffs, proposals, COs, POs). BA/BS or equivalent experience. QuickBooks Online; proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook); quick to learn new software. Strong written/verbal communication and public speaking. Process-minded, detail-oriented, and reliable. Excellent time management; team-first, positive attitude. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience.
