Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR / Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing key human resources functions. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining an efficient, well-run office environment while supporting employees across the full HR lifecycle—from onboarding through performance management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with people-focused HR initiatives and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Human ResourcesManage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and consistencyAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and employee supportPartner with leadership to manage employee performance, provide guidance, and support development initiativesAddress and resolve employee concerns and workplace issues, ensuring a positive and compliant work environmentMaintain accurate employee records and ensure HR-related documentation is up to dateOffice Management & OperationsOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environmentManage office supply inventory and coordinate ordering of supplies and equipmentCoordinate and manage vendor relationships, including copier/printer maintenance, service contracts, and office servicesServe as the primary point of contact for IT coordination, working with external providers to resolve technical issuesAssist in managing company insurance policies and renewals Process & Administrative SupportDevelop, implement, and maintain an office operations manualIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and efficiencyEnsure policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently followedSupport leadership with general administrative and operational initiatives as needed
