We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Office Manager to support daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, healthcare experience, and the ability to support basic online marketing efforts to help grow the practice.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks Oversee front desk activities, including patient scheduling and check-in/check-out Ensure excellent patient experience and handle inquiries professionally Support staff coordination, scheduling, and workflow efficiency Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination Assist with billing, insurance verification, and financial processes Help implement office policies and procedures Support online marketing efforts , including: Managing social media accounts Assisting with website updates and content Coordinating online reviews and patient feedback Supporting digital advertising or outreach campaigns Qualifications (Required): Prior experience in an OB-GYN or fertility clinic isREQUIRED
Minimum 2+ years of administrative or office management experience in a healthcare setting Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes Basic understanding of social media and online marketing tools Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentialityPreferred Qualifications:
Supervisory or team leadership experience Experience in reproductive endocrinology or IVF practices Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, social media, etc.)Benefits:
