Many clients are elderly and unfamiliar with technology, so patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills are essential. Office Manager Bilingual Office Coordinator / Client Services Rep (Spanish/English) 6 Month Contract to Hire. Responsibilities include: Opening and preparing the office Greeting clients and walk-ins Assisting clients with basicputer setup for virtual attorney meetings Scheduling appointments Collecting, scanning, and sending documents Depositing checks

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish/English Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Word & Excel Comfortable working independently (remote support always available) Professional presentation required (strict dress code; no visible tattoos)

Pay Details:
