Job Overview We Do Restaurant Supply and Market Fixtures The Person need to have strong personality and has been in this position before. Running an office proficienly. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team!

In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a thriving organization committed to excellence. Duties Project Management. Research, Quote, Contract. Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls promptly Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including data entry and document proofreading Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office management applications to support daily operations Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients and internal teams through effective communication and support tasks Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, and computer literacy in general Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and time management skills Join us as an Office Administrator and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
