Job Description

Office Manager Bilingual CRF Behavioral Healthcare Overview Description Hours :
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Clinic hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Tuesday 10:00 am, Wednesday 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
Pay Rate :
$23.00 to $25.00 per hour
Education :
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual requirement :

Bilingual Spanish - read, write, and speak fluently isrequired As an Office Manager, you will: Assist the Program Director to ensure the office operates efficiently and effectively. Perform a variety of administrative and accounting tasks including data entry, reporting and tracking information for program management as well as maintaining accounts payable and receivable.
Duties include:
Auditing timesheets, maintaining provisional bank account and collecting/compiling information for the preparation of operating reports Oversees and assists with clerical and reception duties including answering telephones, screening calls, taking messages, typing, filing, client scheduling and opening mail. May direct the work of other office personnel. Additional Qualifications and Skills At least two (2) years experience working within a Child, Youth and Family mental health clinic is preferred. Familiarity with County Electronic Health Record system and Health and Human Service reporting requirements strongly preferred. Strong phone etiquette, ability to multi-task, ability to manage multi-phone lines, strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and must thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Solid mathematical skills required. A valid California drivers license in good standing, proof of insurance, and personal vehicle are required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. Able to pass criminal/background clearance.
