Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a growing company in Encinitas. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative processes, and helping maintain an organized and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while supporting both leadership and internal teams.

ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations and administrative workflowsAnswer phones, manage correspondence, and greet visitors professionallyCoordinate calendars, meetings, and office scheduling needsMaintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility coordinationSupport document preparation, reporting, and record managementAssist with invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative reportingOrganize company files and maintain accurate documentationSupport leadership with special projects and operational tasks
