This is a concierge style medical facility specializing in Regenerative Medicine for Orthopedic Conditions. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office and day-to-day operations Maintain office efficiency by organizing and implementing office systems, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with all team members, coordinating meetings/events and providing general support to the team Direct patient engagement Perform routine Front Desk tasks to support medical staff Communicate with insurance companies for proper verification/authorization for Imaging, patient visits, procedures and diagnostic tests. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and referrals, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize patient satisfaction. Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, striving to exceed patient expectations and enhance the overall patient experience. Oversee billing and insurance claims processes, working closely with billing specialists to resolve any issues and ensure timely payment. Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking medical supplies and office equipment as needed. Reviewing pricing and treatment plan for cash procedures Processing payments CRM utilization and other software for patient engagement Patient Education Assist with Medication administration if needed Help with Scanning and uploading documents Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline office workflows and improve efficiency in delivering patient care. Data Entry for tracking patient outcomes Assisting with chart notes and scribing for the physician if needed
Qualifications:
Education:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field 3-5 years experience in Healthcare, Office manager or other equivalent, related field. Experience in Orthopedics preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership skills, including team building, coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills, and can develop plan to accomplish objectives, identify obstacles and resolve operational issues.

  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Ability to work a 40hr work week
  • BLS certification
