We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-service-minded Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. This role serves as a central resource for employees, visitors, vendors, and company leadership while helping maintain an efficient and professional work environment. Position Summary The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. This position works closely with office and field personnel to coordinate office activities, support employee onboarding and training efforts, manage company resources, assist with company events, and provide administrative support across multiple departments. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Administration. This is not a remote position. Regular in-office attendance is required. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming phone calls. Coordinate office operations and help maintain an organized, professional workplace. Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships. Assist with employee onboarding, workstation preparation, and administrative setup activities. Coordinate meeting rooms, company calendars, training sessions, and company events. Maintain company records, files, and administrative documentation. Assist with company communications and employee engagement activities. Provide administrative support to Operations, Development, Finance, Marketing, and Administration teams. Coordinate office services, deliveries, and facility-related needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license required. Minimum two years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or related experience preferred. Construction industry experience is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of teams and projects. Why Join Legacy?
