About This Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to own our LA headquarters end-to-end. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and is comfortable working directly alongside founders and executive leadership. If you enjoy owning an office completely - people, budget, facilities, and culture - this role offers both impact and stability. Required onsite 4 days a week, with occasional Fridays as needed. You show up ready to take on whatever the day brings - whether that's preparing a boardroom for a high-stakes meeting or making sure the kitchen is stocked before anyone notices it isn't. What You'll Do Own day-to-day office operations - facilities, vendors, building management, and everything in between Support executive and board meetings and VIP visits - space readiness, catering, access, and logistics Manage building access credentials for employees and visitors Keep kitchens, common areas, and the lobby polished, stocked, and welcoming at all times Manage the office budget, invoices, and vendor costs in partnership with Finance Handle swag sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment for employees and events Partner with People & Culture on cultural programming, team events, and office initiatives Serve as the onsite IT partner for office technology, AV, and equipment Ensure compliance with lease terms, safety regulations, and security protocols Requirements 3-5 years of experience in office administration or professional services operations Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense oversight Experience supporting executive stakeholders including calendar management Facilities or office management experience in a professional services environment Exceptional judgment, discretion, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting Proactive team player and collaborator Strong multitasker with the ability to handle high volumes of work under tight deadlines Organized with exceptional time-management skills
