Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized administrative assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office environment. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise, multitasking abilities, and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate thrives in a precision-driven environment where accuracy and traceability are critical. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, and route inquiries efficiently Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure accurate record keeping using digital tools like Excel and Microsoft Office Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal or professional commitments for staff or executives Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email Work closely with Quality and Production teams Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational and data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients or teams Strong computer literacy Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regulated environment.
