Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Family Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to support a small family office and its affiliated real estate holding companies. This part-time position reports directly to the Accounting Office Manager and provides bookkeeping, administrative, and office support for multiple entities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information in a professional office environment. This role combines bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities with general support for the day-to-day operations of the family office. Key Responsibilities Assist the Accounting Office Manager with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping for multiple entities. Process accounts payable, invoices, deposits, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accounting, corporate, and real estate records and files. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation. Manage correspondence, filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail, including trips to the post office and bank. Assist with coordinating FedEx and other courier shipments as needed. Shred confidential and sensitive documents in accordance with company policies and record retention requirements. Help maintain an organized and professional office environment. Support special projects and day-to-day family office operations. Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, administrative, or office management experience. Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local errands. Willingness to perform a variety of administrative and office support functions in a small office environment. Position Details Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Reports directly to the Accounting Office Manager. Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. We are seeking a professional, reliable individual interested in a long-term role within a stable and growing family office environment.
Pay:
$30.00 - $33.00 per hour
