Check out our company instagram wagnerbespoke The Role We are seeking a Lead Administrative Assistant and Office Manager to support daily operations and provide light executive assistant support to the Founder. This role is central to keeping the business running smoothly and the office calm, organized, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Travel Support Create and manage client itineraries in AXUS based on advisor direction Prepare documents, confirmations, and internal materials Track and manage invoicing Manage calendars and schedule meetings and calls Light executive assistant support including scheduling, reminders, and occasional tasks Help protect time and maintain smooth daily flow Office Management Oversee day to day office organization and light tidying Stock snacks, beverages, and office supplies Coordinate basic errands and vendor needs Ensure the office environment feels polished and well maintained General Operations Anticipate needs and support internal systems Assist with ad hoc projects as needed Ideal Candidate Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling priorities Polished, discreet, and professional communicator Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems.
