Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a professional and organised Front Desk Administrator to support our firm's day-to-day client interactions and administrative operations. This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while assisting with client queries and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients (in-person, phone, and email) Manage and respond to basic client queries, escalating where necessary Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members Maintain a clean and organised front office and reception area Assist with document handling, scanning, and filing Support client onboarding processes and paperwork collection Coordinate mail, deliveries, and general office administration Key Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and client-focused demeanour Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Basic administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Canopy, Outlook email) Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing role preferred Success in This Role Looks Like Prompt and professional handling of all client interactions Smooth day-to-day front office operations Effective support to the broader team, reducing administrative bottlenecks Positive client experience from first point of contact
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
