As the Office Manager at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the People team and will report to the VP, Business & People Operations. Your contributions to the team will support the efforts of our entire organization as we strive to change the aviation industry through advanced automation. You'll be a part of an incredible organization and a key contributor to our day to day success. Responsibilities In your role as Office Manager, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and provides a welcoming, well organized environment for employees and visitors. This role manages the day-to-day office operations including greeting guests, coordinating vendors and services, overseeing office supplies and kitchens (at HQ and the hangars), and supports team events and employee experience initiatives. The Office Manager helps create an efficient and positive workplace by maintaining office spaces, coordinating logistics and ensuring employees have resources they need to do their best work. Basic Success Criteria 3-5 years experience in office management, events or facilities Ability to coordinate multiple projects and requests effectively and expeditiously A love of details. The things most people don't notice until they break are your specialty Demonstrated ability to proactively manage stocked items, special requests, space organization, and maintain positive vendor relationships Preferred Criteria Ability to support a multi-office company including relocations and buildouts Experience with space planning tools Ability to build repeatable processes for scaling operations Familiarity with facilities management and/or workplace compliance and safety Event planning experience company-wide or large team events Experience managing office relocations and building out or managing satellite locations Proven ability to create an exceptional workplace experience for employees The position will be located onsite at our facility in Mountain View, California. There is expected weekly travel to our aircraft hangars in San Martin, CA. This position requires access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls.
