The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, practice coordination, and fiscal oversight. In this role, you will ensure smooth clinic operations, coordinate surgical scheduling, manage staff, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering an efficient, patient-centered atmosphere that supports high-quality care delivery. Responsibilities Oversee all administrative functions of the medical office or outpatient surgery center, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination. Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, billing processes, and financial management to optimize revenue cycle performance. Supervise administrative and clinical staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and human resources support to maintain a motivated team. Coordinate surgical procedures and ASC schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as QUAD A and HIPAA. Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems like Nextech while ensuring adherence to privacy regulations. Oversee inventory control of medical supplies and equipment, working closely with vendors to ensure availability and cost efficiency. Implement policies related to healthcare management practices including utilization management, managed care protocols, and clinical workflows. Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards while fostering a safe environment for patients and staff. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare administration within a clinical or surgical setting. Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing administrative or clinical teams in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle optimization. Familiarity with ASC operations, surgical scheduling, and regulatory compliance standards such as Quad A requirements. Prior experience in Plastic Surgery practice management is advantageous but not required. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical billing procedures, managed care protocols, and hospital or acute care settings is highly desirable.
