Full Time | Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional Saturday mornings during busy season A long standing and highly respected agricultural company in the Oakdale area is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Bilingual (Spanish) Front Office Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their office and administrative experience in a stable, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required - the client is willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally Greet visitors and assist with front office operations Perform basic clerical and administrative duties Filing and document management Provide administrative support to HR and Finance departments Assist with general office organization and support tasks Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn Professional demeanor and positive attitude Reliable and team oriented Interest in agriculture or office administration is a plus Why This Opportunity?
