Our goal is to to provide exceptional, friendly residential and commercial service as an electrical contractor covering Orange County for over 40 years. We take pride in and strive to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion through to the final billing process. . Steve Cavenee Electric is hiring an Office Manager to ensure office runs smoothly for 30-35 hours, Monday through Friday, in a warehouse office environment. This manager works closely with owner, project manager and field rep while handling managerial duties supporting field technicians. Must be able to perform and oversee managerial duties efficiently with great attention to detail. Must be highly organized and self-motivated. Consistent attendance is expected.
Responsibilities include:
email, invoicing and collections, payroll, weekly text reporting, managing office/employees, IT/printer, collections, filing, small claims, office supplies, Quickbooks, Outlook, Payroll, Service Fusion, Levelset.
