Job Summary The Supervisor, Office is responsible to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Office assigned. Supervises delegated department associates and is responsible for overseeing scheduling and timekeeping. Responsible for hiring and the onboarding process of designated area. Gathers necessary information on new associates or associates that need additional education or training. Provides training, supervision, and participates in the performance evaluations for associates assigned to them. Effectively researches, plans, and manages complex tasks and projects as assigned. Serves as resource for questions or problems that arise. Pay Range Minimum $64,355 Midpoint $85,259 Maximum $106,184 Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements. Experience •
Required:
Minimum three (3) years of administrative experience. •
Preferred:
Hospital or Healthcare experience. Prefer one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience. Education •
Required:
HS Diploma/GED equivalent. •
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree. Training •
Required:
Kronos Editing training within one month of hire or transfer. •

Project Management (PMP) Certification Specialized Skills •
Required:
Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
