Office Manager Waterdrops Express Car Wash - 4.4 Oxnard, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $27 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Spanish Google Workspace Customer service High school diploma or GED Car wash POS Computer skills Office management Cash handling Flexibility Full Job Description Job Summary As an acting team member of Waterdrops Express Car Wash, the Office Manager is responsible for working under the Store Manager in overseeing daily office activities, ensuring smooth operations, and performing related administrative duties. In addition, it is vital to maintain a qualified staff, perform related production tasks, maintain the store's image, answer customer inquiries, and create a positive work environment. Work Context Responsibility for Others - The position has a high level of responsibility for others and assists the Store Manager in managing a team of approximately 10-15 employees. Body Positioning - Ability to intermittently and repeatedly bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull, or do fine manipulations, climb ladders, and stand for prolonged periods. Ability to lift or move items of light to heavy weight, up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Position requires regularly walking, standing, using hands, reaching with hands and arms. Position requires peripheral vision, ability to see color, ability to adjust focus, distance vision, close vision Routine versus Challenging Work-Position is fast-paced at times and involves work that is dependent on the weather. Primary Job Duties Greet customers entering the establishment. We take pride in ensuring that each and every customer feels welcomed and satisfied with their time spent with us. Uphold customer service and overall kindness to customers to the utmost. Position frequently communicates with maintenance technician, staff, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, and administrative team. The position requires employees to communicate via Slack and post any 911 emergencies, questions, concerns, announcements, or answers they may have. Coordinates and monitors office operations to ensure company requirements are sufficiently met on a daily basis. Submit Micrologic Daily Sales Reports each business day, containing total sales and additional information, to the Store Manager and Accounting Department Ensuring that employees are following company policy at all times and taking disciplinary action for those that don't. Maintains and files confidential records Responsible for cash handling, and financial audits The deposit report should be sent to the accounting department if you run into issues ASAP. Coordinate with the Store Manager and oversee the completion of special projects as needed. Schedule appointments, interviews for the Store Manager Maintains the office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed for purchase requests. Must print out hiring packets for new employees, send over candidates' information to the HR Director so that they can complete the online portion, and have the hiring packet ready for the Store Manager to review and sign before scheduling new employees. Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the office. Assist the Store Manager with providing proper rest and meal breaks to employees throughout the day. The Store Manager may delegate to you the task of replying to all emails, but the Store Manager is responsible for confirming emails are being answered on time. Store any packing receipts from orders you receive Work alongside the Store Manager for time cards and making sure hours/scheduling are completed and fixed De-escalate customer problems/complaints in a professional and timely manner. Operates standard office equipment efficiently, including: Telephone / Printer / Scanner / Copier Slack POS / Computers / Kiosks Google Workspace (G-mail, Google Drive, Calendars) Credit Card Terminal •The following list outlines some of the primary job duties and responsibilities associated with the position you are applying for.
