This position is ideal for someone organized, reliable, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of office and executive support responsibilities. Experience working with Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) or another California regional center is preferred but not required . Responsibilities Manage daily office administrative tasks Answer phone calls, emails, and business correspondence Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups Maintain files, records, invoices, and office documents Assist management with reports, calendars, and task tracking Coordinate with the individuals we support, families, TCRC service coordinators, staff, caregivers, and service providers as needed Support billing, purchasing, payroll, or basic bookkeeping tasks as assigned Assist with documentation, authorizations, client records, or service-related paperwork when applicable Communicate professionally with case managers, service coordinators, and outside agencies when needed Keep the office organized and running smoothly Handle confidential information professionally Qualifications Previous office, administrative, executive assistant, or office manager experience preferred Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable using email, calendars, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software Ability to multitask and follow through on assignments Professional phone and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Preferred but Not Required Experience working with Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) or another California regional center Familiarity with service coordination, authorizations, vendor communication, documentation, billing, or client records related to developmental disability services Experience communicating with families, caregivers, service coordinators, case managers, or agency representatives Knowledge of confidentiality and professional communication in a client-service or healthcare-related office setting
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:
