Job Description

Office Assistant/Office Manager About Ark US and Olive Asset Management Ark US ("Ark US") is the US wealth management branch of one of the biggest wealth management companies in Asia, Noah Holdings Ltd. ("Noah"). Noah is a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This position may be based out of our US offices in New York, Palo Alto, or Los Angeles. Job Description and Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive, professional, and compliant workplace environment.
  • Monitor and maintain office inventory; coordinate the procurement of equipment, furniture, stationery, and other supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and safe, and that all appliances and facilities are functioning properly.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures; ensure adherence by all staff members.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding office operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of office events and team activities.
  • Maintain accurate office records and documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events; manage calendars to maximize executive productivity.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the Partners and CFO.
  • Support other firm-wide and departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.
Qualifications Min Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or associate degree from creditable colleges with a concentration in accounting, finance, or economics. Must have strong attention to detail and good business sense. Must be self-motivated and proactive with a high level of operational and accounting efficiency, with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Top-notch business ethics and ability to maintain a positive and professional composure and attitude under pressure. The role requires fluency in oral and written Chinese, as it is a business necessity for this position, which requires communication with Chinese speaking investors and business partners. Must have US work authorizations. Experience with broker/dealer reporting/filing would be a plus. Benefits & Perks
