Job Description

We're looking for an Insurance Office Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Do:
Lead and manage office operations for a high-performing State Farm agency Oversee sales processes, customer retention, and team performance metrics Coach and support team members to meet individual and team goals Handle escalated customer service matters with professionalism and care Maintain compliance with insurance industry regulations and State Farm standards Collaborate with the agent on business development and strategic growthWhat You Bring:
Previous experience in insurance, office management, or team leadership Strong organizational and people management skills A results-driven mindset with a passion for growth and performance Ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities Property & Casualty license preferred (but not required) (We'll help the right candidate obtain licensing if needed)Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary:
