Duties Answer and manage all incoming phone calls for Budget Blinds of The Inland Valley professionally and warmly Convert leads and schedule appointments for our sales team Follow up with customers on appointments, estimates and installations Coordinate and dispatch drivers for Mar-Tin Enterprises LLC transportation accounts Communicate driver availability and trip status to accounts and maintain accurate trip logs Perform bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks for two businesses — tracking expenses, invoices and payments accurately Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly for both businesses Handle monthly billing for Mar-Tin Enterprises LLC transportation accounts Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and delinquent accounts professionally Track aging reports and escalate collections as needed Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate organized records Support administrative functions including data entry, correspondence and maintaining digital and physical files Proactively identify opportunities to modernize and improve our bookkeeping and administrative processes Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software — we will train the right candidate ✅ Tech forward mindset — comfortable learning and implementing new systems and tools Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively across two businesses simultaneously Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills — you are the voice of our company Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, billing or collections preferred Bilingual Spanish highly desirable to serve our diverse client base Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Positive attitude, team player and family business mentality Experience with dispatching or transportation coordination a plus Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace familiarity preferred This role is perfect for someone who wants to be a key contributor in a fast growing family business — where your work truly matters, your growth is supported and your potential is unlimited.
