We are growing and looking for a talented, driven Office Manager to lead our front office operations and help take our practice to the next level. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our practice. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong dental background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a seamless experience for both patients and staff. Key Responsibilities Manage all front office operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination Oversee dental billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable Lead treatment planning discussions and ensure accurate case presentation to patients Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements Train, supervise, and support front office team members Monitor and report on key practice metrics and financial performance Serve as the primary point of contact between clinical staff and administration Requirements Minimum 5 years of dental office experience — required Proven knowledge of dental terminology and procedure codes (CDT codes) Hands-on experience with dental billing and insurance coordination Proficiency in treatment planning workflows and patient case presentation Strong scheduling and time management abilities Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Paid time off and holidays A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a thriving dental practice
