$75,000 - $90,000/DOE + Comprehensive Benefits package BBSI has partnered with a growing construction organization seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee office operations, certified payroll, accounting support, compliance tracking, and administrative workflow management. This is a key leadership support role working directly with the Owner to help maintain operational efficiency, compliance accuracy, and organized internal systems. Key Responsibilities Manage all office operations and internal staff Support payroll processing, certified payroll, DIR compliance, union fringe tracking, and employee records Prepare and manage certified payroll through LCPTracker and compliance platforms Support QuickBooks transactions, A/P, A/R, vendor reconciliations, collections, and AIA billing Maintain contracts, insurance records, lien releases, project files, and compliance documentation Track licenses, certifications, renewals, insurance, bonds, and recurring deadlines Manage office communication, task tracking, reporting, and administrative follow-up Create and improve SOPs, workflows, trackers, and office procedures Train and support office staff on company processes and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Experience in construction office administration and certified payroll (required) Knowledge of prevailing wage, DIR requirements, AIA billing, and compliance processes QuickBooks and accounting support experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines, confidential information, and multiple priorities Bilingual Spanish (required ) Why Join Us Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) Paid Holiday and Sick days Paid Vacation Supportive owner with a positive and collaborative culture.
