Job Title Executive Assistant / Office Manager Location San Francisco, CA (Onsite) Compensation $120,000 - $180,000 base salary + equity + benefits Our Client Our client is a high-growth startup building next-generation media experiences for the AI era. With a small, collaborative team and strong early momentum, they are redefining how users engage with content through innovative technology and thoughtful design. The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, early-stage team in a highly visible role supporting the Founder/CEO while helping keep the broader office and operations running smoothly. You will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness, enhancing team productivity, and contributing to a positive, well-functioning work environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup settings, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being both proactive and highly reliable. Key Responsibilities Manage a dynamic calendar and coordinate meetings across time zones Prepare materials, track action items, and drive follow-through on key priorities Support internal coordination across the team and act as a connective hub within the organization Assist with office operations, including vendor coordination and day-to-day logistics Handle expenses, invoices, and basic operational processes Provide occasional personal support to ensure the CEO's schedule runs seamlessly Contribute to ad hoc projects across operations, recruiting coordination, IT support, and procurement Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment Ideal Background 3-7 years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced or startup environments Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with autonomy Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systems Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented with a low-ego approach Excited by early-stage environments and motivated to engage with the company's product and mission Comfortable taking on a mix of responsibilities, including operational support Culture & Environment Tight-knit, collaborative team of approximately 10 employees in-office Fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with strong ownership and visibility Team members who are curious, engaged, and passionate about the product In-person, highly interactive culture that values communication and initiative Opportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside the companySimilar remote jobs
