Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative, operational, and facilities functions of the office. This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across the organization and play a critical role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and professional environment for employees, candidates, and visitors. This role oversees the firm's day-to-day administrative, operational, and facility functions and serves as a central point of coordination across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional workplace environment. Oversee office facilities and vendor relationships, including coordination with building management and service providers. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and technology setup for new hires and employees. Maintain administrative systems, records, and internal documentation with accuracy and organization. Support coordination of internal meetings, interview scheduling, and company events. Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence. Greet candidates and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Identify opportunities to improve office operations and help implement scalable, efficient processes. Partner cross-functionally to support the broader needs of the organization and team culture. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative support. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools/systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Additional Information Full-time, in-office role (5 days/week)
Location:
Downtown San Francisco Compensation:
$65,000-$90,000 base salary
