We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations, bookkeeping, HR coordination, and administrative functions across multiple entities. ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Finance Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Enter, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Perform bank, credit card, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including income statements and cash flow reports Process payroll, commissions, reimbursements, and related records Maintain organized financial documentation for reporting, audits, and tax preparation Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple entities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures Office Management & Operations Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows Coordinate office organization, supplies, vendor communication, and operational support Assist with HR-related administrative tasks including onboarding coordination, employee records, scheduling, and internal documentation Support management with operational coordination, tracking projects, and maintaining organized systems Help ensure deadlines, internal processes, and operational tasks are completed efficiently Requirements 2+ years of bookkeeping, office management, or related experience Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Experience with payroll, HR administration, or multi-entity operations is a plus Position Details Full-time In-person position based in
