  • What's the role?
  • We're looking for a Regional Office Administrator to support the Head of Bloomberg's San Francisco Engineering office.
San Francisco is an established engineering office with approximately 150 employees. In this role, you'll coordinate office-wide communication, engagement, and day-to-day operations while serving as a key point of contact for Engineering employees. You'll help create a seamless, well-coordinated, and highly engaged workplace environment. This role requires a proactive, highly organized individual who can operate independently, anticipate needs, and coordinate initiatives across the office.
  • We'll trust you to:
  • Manage office-wide communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates from global teams
  • Maintain awareness of office activities and priorities, staying informed on team initiatives, facilities updates, and workplace needs, and proactively surfacing relevant updates
  • Coordinate recurring office initiatives, such as all-hands and internal communications, ensuring effective execution
  • Organize and support events that promote culture, engagement, and knowledge sharing, including office-wide, team-specific, and external-facing events
  • Coordinate shared calendars and scheduling for office-wide meetings, events, and leadership engagements to improve visibility and alignment
  • Partner with leadership and teams to support a positive, inclusive, and well-connected office environment
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire setup and helping employees integrate into the office
  • Serve as a point of contact for Engineering employees, connecting them with resources and helping ensure a smooth day-to-day office experience
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of San Francisco Engineering, including proactive calendar management, travel coordination, expense tracking, and support for ad hoc requests
  • You'll need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative, office management, or executive support roles
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing competing priorities with sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, resourceful approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion

  • 125,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.
