As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): Coordinating day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and weing school environments. Providing excellent customer service by supporting students, families, staff, andmunity members with questions and needs. Managing site operations, including timesheets, substitutes, purchasing, contracts, work orders, and budget-related processes. Organizing and maintaining accurate data, records, and reports using district systems and technology. Planning, prioritizing, and coordinating work to ensure tasks and projects arepleted accurately and on time. Communicating clearly and professionally while building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. ing sound judgment and ensuringpliance with district, state, and federal policies and procedures. Supporting site needs such as supervising students, assisting with health office coverage, or handling the collection and deposit of funds as appropriate. Under SB 848, schools are required to strengthen background vetting procedures and obtain employment history information related to allegations of egregious misconduct involving students.
