Office Manager Assistant - Perry Ford of San Luis Obispo Perry Ford of San Luis Obispo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our dealership team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily dealership operations and helping keep our office organized and efficient.

Responsibilities Include:

Processing DMV paperwork and vehicle registration documents Managing accounts receivable and customer payments Assisting with inventory management and vehicle records Supporting the accounting and office management team with administrative tasks Maintaining accurate files and dealership documentation Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal departments professionally

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Previous office, accounting, dealership, or administrative experience preferred Familiarity with DMV processes is a plus Proficient with computers and basic office software Positive attitude and strong work ethic We offer a professional, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth within our dealership group.
