Shop Coordinator:
  • Manages office tasks (phone, mail, shipping)
  • Places material orders (email and working in QBO)
  • Supply ordering (email and phone calls)
  • Master space organizer for the shop as orders come in and out
  • Manages our arrival and departures of orders (calendar, paperwork, customer service)
  • And many small tasks that are hard to detail out, but this person must be willing to wear many hats, juggle multiple things going on at the same time, etc.
Characteristics:
  • STRONG team player

  • positive attitude and roll up your sleeves to get things down vibe
  • 'helper' or 'supporter' mindset
  • detailed oriented
  • must speak English, if they also speak Spanish that is a plus
Experience:
  • basic office and computer tasks
