Job Description

Santa Cruz Gymnastics Center is seeking an organized and personable Office Manager to oversee daily operations and manage customer interactions at our facility. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a strong background in office management, clerical tasks, and customer service. Responsibilities Oversee front desk operations Greet customers and manage customer questions Manage phone and email communication with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate customer enrollment using facility's management software Manage waitlists, class changes and account updates Post and collect tuition payments Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients Utilize enrollment system software Collaborate with leadership team members Updating website information Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and customer management software Strong phone etiquette Experience with front desk operations Being able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with children and families Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
