About Us:
We are a growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects with efficiency and integrity. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep our financial and administrative processes running smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will play a key role in managing administrative and financial tasks, including budgeting, time tracking, and banking transactions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, track, and maintain project budgets and expense reports Process and manage employee timecards and payroll-related data Handle banking transactions, deposits, and financial recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receipts Assist with general office operations and administrative support Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles (construction industry experience preferred) Strong understanding of budgeting and basic accounting practices Experience handling timecards and payroll support tasks Ability to manage banking transactions and financial documentation Bilingual (preferred) - [English/Spanish] Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
