The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Workplace Coordinator (or a similar position). You must be able to work independently. Job DescriptionServe as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, coordinating office tours, and delivering a professional and welcoming experience for guests and new hires.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, technology equipment, and kitchen/snack items.

Support scheduling and logistics for internal meetings, interviews, and company events, including monthly celebrations and larger quarterly gatherings.

Respond to calls and emails on behalf of the operations team, distribute internal communications, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely project completion.

Prepare workstations, materials, and communications for new employees; assist in delivering a smooth and engaging Day 1 onboarding experience.

Maintain internal calendars to support visibility and coordination across teams.

Configure and set up employee workstations, including hardware, desk equipment, and required software tools.

Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day office functionality
